Welcome to Hybiz 10x Network, an AI-powered business growth platform operated by HYBIZ 10X NETWORK LLP. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile app, services, memberships, payments, and related features.

By using Hybiz 10x Network, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not access or use our services.

 

1. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.

  • Provide accurate business and personal information.

  • Not be previously banned from using our services.

We reserve the right to refuse access to anyone at our discretion.

 

2. Membership Plans

We offer multiple tiers of membership:

  • City Chapter Membership

  • State Chapter Membership

  • National Chapter Membership

  • Global Chapter Membership

Each membership includes access to certain services, events, and AI matchmaking features as per the chosen plan.

Note: Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

 

3. AI Business Match-making Services

Our AI-powered system may match users based on:

  • Industry

  • Business goals

  • Location

  • Investment interest

  • Other data points you provide

We guarantee the success, accuracy, or outcomes of any match, referral, or business opportunities purely based on the personal and business information provided by our paid members and not in general based on any technology/software.

 

4. Infinity, Allianz, Ambassador, Referral and Franchise Partner Models

If you enter into an Allianz, Ambassador, Referral or Franchise partner agreement with Hybiz 10x Network, additional terms will apply and will be shared via a separate legal agreement.

These Terms apply to all public content, platform usage, and interactions unless superseded by any signed contract with Hybiz 10x Network LLP.

 

5. Events & Programs

Hybiz 10x Network hosts offline and virtual events, business expos, masterminds, podcasts and workshops.
By registering, you agree to:

  • Follow the event code of conduct.

  • Appear in any official photographs or video recordings.

  • Refrain from soliciting or spamming other attendees.

Event slots are non-transferable. Entry is allowed only upon full payment.

 

6. Payments & Billing

All payments made by Indian Chapter Members via our platform must be:

  • In Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise

  • Paid through our secure payment gateway (RazorPay)

  • Inclusive of applicable GST or taxes

All payments made by Internationsl Members via our platform must be:

  • In US Dollar $ (USD) unless stated otherwise

  • Paid through our secure payment gateway (Stripe)

  • Inclusive of applicable country wise taxes

You will receive an invoice via email and/or WhatsApp after successful payment. Ensure your contact details are accurate.

 

7. Code of Conduct

Members agree to:

  • Act professionally and respectfully with all members

  • Avoid spamming, offensive behaviour, or harassment

  • Not share confidential or harmful content

  • Respect data privacy and usage guidelines

Violation of this Code may result in suspension or termination of your membership without refund.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, frameworks, visuals, and AI features of Hybiz 10x Network are protected under intellectual property laws.
You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, resell, or misuse any proprietary content

  • Reverse-engineer any part of the software or algorithms or business models

 

9. Limitation of Liability

Hybiz 10x Network is not liable for:

  • Any direct or indirect business loss from networking or match-making

  • Disputes between members

  • External third-party services

  • Technical glitches or downtime

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

 

10. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your access without notice for violations

  • Discontinue any service or feature without liability and notice

You may terminate your account by sending a request to support@pro10xhub.com

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes, if any, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
